Announcing New Membership Categories

HBMA Looks to Better Serve Healthcare Revenue Cycle Management Professionals with Expanded Membership Options

WASHINGTON - April 26, 2016 - PRLog -- The Healthcare Billing & Management Association (HBMA) now offers new membership categories, including options for individuals. Current members will be eligible to change their membership type upon their renewal month, if appropriate. The goal of creating new categories is to expand HBMA membership to those in our industry who were not previously eligible.

"We are excited to expand our organization and offer membership to those working in billing departments or individual revenue cycle management professionals," said Sara Nofziger-Drew, HBMA Membership Committee Chair, "Including these groups from our industry will benefit the entire organization."

Corporate Membership Categories (includes voting rights and exclusive publications)

♦ Revenue Cycle Management Companies (RCM) (Previously Principle Members)

♦ Professional Billing Departments (PBD) (Previously First Party Biller Affiliate Members)

♦ Vendor Members
