Stratford Land Announces Land Sales to Main Event Entertainment and Children's Learning Adventure

Since that time, Stratford has sold land for a 345 unit apartment community; Salude, a 64-bed skilled nursing facility; a site for a future data center and sites for retail giants McDonald's and Starbucks Coffee Company. The project has additional land for office, retail and senior housing.  Activity in the development continues to be strong with more sales scheduled to close in 2016.
