By: Family Business Association Successfully transitioning a family business from one generation to the next requires thoughtful planning, strategic timing and significant financing. How a family enterprise is funded is a key component of its growth and success; however closely-held companies face unique challenges when it comes to finances. Learn what works for other family businesses by attending this frank discussion of "best practices" in finance hosted by the Family Business Association and Webster Bank.
