HOLLYWOOD, Calif. - April 22, 2016 - PRLog -- Gregory Blair's much anticipated screwball comedy-cum-horror film GARDEN PARTY MASSACRE is getting a wicked musical boost from an original song featuring music by Bryan Aspey, with vocals by Peter Stormare
and lyrics by Blair, himself.  "I wanted to start the movie with a real sense of energy and fun," Blair said.  "I talked with Bryan about it and he seemed to get it right off the bat.  I gave him a few lyric ideas and he sent me a demo concept and I knew it was going to be perfect."

An award winning guitarist, composer and producer, Bryan Aspey's work ranges from cinematic to indie rock to acoustic world music to ambient electronic. He has created original music and videos for Epiphone and toured Japan on their behalf.  He produced the solo acoustic album, Frozen Hours as well as music for James Franco, Seth Rogen's Hilarity for Charity and  "Bryan really can do anything," Blair said.  "I think his creation for GARDEN PARTY MASSACRE is going make for a lot of head bobbing, toe tapping and grinning."

The song's energy and witty mashup of wicked rock and whimsy perfectly fit GARDEN PARTY MASSACRE's hilarious brew of murder, mirth and mayhem.  The film tells the story of a friendly backyard gathering that goes awry when an unexpected guest arrives.  With a pickaxe.  And an attitude.  The tagline says it all: "Some people are the death of the party".   And the new song from Bryan Aspey gets the party started in style.

GARDEN PARTY MASSACRE is a PIX/SEE Productions film starring Andy Gates ("Grimm"), Nichole Bagby ("My Crazy Roommate"), Lise Hart ("Deadly Revisions"), Gregory Blair ("Love That Girl"), Dawna Lee Heising ("Samurai Cop 2: Deadly Vengeance"), Matt Weinglass ("Jimmy Kimmel Live!") and David Leeper.
