WASHINGTON - May 2, 2016 - PRLog -- Dave Caserta is championing the effort to build 'character' into future generations. Those who have met Mr. Caserta think he might just be the person who can do it. As the founder of Young Professional Career Network (YPCN) he speaks to college and high school students to instill in them a sense of responsibility and purpose. His It's All About Character seminar is a hit across campuses, and was the featured seminar at last week's DECA International Career Development Conference (ICDC) in Washington, DC. Dave's seminar is purposefully created to help participants define and develop character-and see it in action.

Because of the seminar's success, and the terrific message and motivation that it espouses, DECA (http://www.deca.org) has requested his tour-de-force seminar for the second year in a row. DECA Inc. is one of the largest 501(c)(3) not-for-profit student leadership organizations, with members in all 50 States, Canada, the United Kingdom, China, Germany, and many other countries. The U.S. Congress, Department of Education, and state departments of education authorize DECA's programs, which are organized into two divisions: The High School Division with 190,000 members in 3,500 schools and the Collegiate Division with over 15,000 members in 300 colleges and universities.

One of last year's participants stated, "The Leadership seminar was one of the best workshops I have ever attended. I felt that this leadership development training overall affected my confidence and developmentā€¦"And event Sponsors, who are potential employers, like this year's ICDC sponsor Red Lobster, get access to students who have just pledged to live and work with heartfelt integrity.

Mr. Caserta launched YPCNetwork.com to make available valuable personal growth media, access to mentors that are working professionals, and access to a social network that is about preparing for your career. To celebrate the launch of the site, YPCN is promoting their Character Pledge for Life, challenging students to take the pledge on video-and commit to changing their lives for the better at http://ypcnetwork.com/character-pledge-for-life/.
