The New Career Path

The company provides a solid, approachable career plan for Creative Lodging Solutions' Reservation Specialist team. Upon hire, the employee earns approximately $12 per hour. Hoping to reward employees that succeed in their roles and want a clear professional development path, Tetterton implemented an unprecedented approach to boost pay for employees with quality performance:

• After six months: $13.25 per hour, a salary of $27,560

• After another six months: $14.60 per hour, a salary of $30,368

• After a year and based on availability, eligible employees may transition to Project Specialist, earning a salary between $32,500 and $39,325
