Multiple Real Estate Properties in Fl, CN and MA Sell for $8,050,00

MIAMI - April 18, 2016 - PRLog -- Six longtime South Florida general partnerships,the owners of seven real estate properties operated as Denny's Restaurants throughout Florida (in Broward, Hillsborough, Pasco and Manatee counties); West Haven, Connecticut; and Lawrence, Massachusetts; have sold the properties for a total of $8,050,000 to Orion Ventures XII North, LLC for the Massachusetts and Connecticut properties and Orion Ventures XII Florida, LLC for the Florida properties.

"The transaction was complicated due to the ages of the original general partnership leases which dated back to 1978-1980, the manners in which they had been amended, assigned and/or terminated and replaced as well as a variety of other reasons," said Neil S. "There were also individual issues pertaining to the properties involving matters of title, entity issues, operational issues and the fact that the properties are located in four Florida counties and three different states."

2. Saw Mill of West Haven Associates

3. Powerline Road of Broward Associates

4. The Cortez Road of Bradenton Trust

5. The Fowler Avenue of Tampa Trust

6. Trouble Creek of Pasco Trust
