Betnr Construction to Build New 16,939 sq ft Atlantic Marine Boat Dealership

PORT ORANGE, Fla. - April 25, 2016 - PRLog -- Tim Newslow, President of BETNR Construction, is pleased to announce that the company has been contracted to build a new 16,939 sq ft boat dealership at 520 Dunlawton Ave. in Port Orange, Florida.

This will be a second location for Atlantic Marine, and will be utilized for boat and accessories sales, service and storage for the company. They are currently located at 5481 S. Ridgewood Rd. in Port Orange.

"We've been working on getting this project launched for about four years," said Tim. "The space will allow Atlantic Marine to be more efficient with strategically built and positioned storage areas, boat accessories displays, and multiple boat showroom areas," he added.

The total square footage for the project is 16,939 sq ft, with 5,586 sq ft of indoor office space, boat displays, showroom space, and a parts department.  There is also 5,353 sq ft of boat service area including 8 bays and 6,000 sq ft of covered outdoor display & sales.

"Atlantic Marine has seen steady growth in business for the past 20 years, and we are ready to expand," said Jack Wiles, Sales Manager for Atlantic Marine. "The timing is right and I know our owner Brad Wiles is looking forward to working with BETNR Construction to build the new facility," he added.

Atlantic Marine worked with Intracoastal Bank, with offices in Volusia and Flagler Counties, to finance the project. The project is estimated to be complete by December of 2016.
