Moby, Dr. Bronner's and Patagonia Among Recipients Of SolarCity's SBC Industry Achievement Awards

LOS ANGELES - April 15, 2016 - PRLog -- The Sustainable Business Council (SBC) has announced the activist and lifetime award recipients for SolarCity's 5th Annual SBC Industry Achievement Awards. The awards will be formally presented to recipients, including Moby and the CEO's of Dr. Bronner's and Patagonia at the ceremony on Tuesday, April 19, 2016, from 6:00 - 9:00 p.m. PDT, at Lexus Santa Monica.

The event is hosted by the SBC, a non-profit organization that provides a professional networking and education forum for Southern California businesses and individuals working with sustainable products, services, and processes.  The SBC hosts the annual awards event to recognize leaders in the environmental industry in Southern California.

The event will feature remarks from the activist and lifetime achievement award recipients and six other sustainable award recipients.

The event will also feature a Restaurant Showcase, tastings from top vegan, vegetarian and sustainable chef and restaurants. Attendees will select the SBC Restaurant of the Year award at the event.
