New executive director brings 20 years of experience to The Woods at Cedar Run

CAMP HILL, Pa. - April 14, 2016 - PRLog -- Courtney Bolinsky brings two decades of experience and a mission to her role as the new Executive Director of The Woods at Cedar Run senior living community in Camp Hill.

    Bolinsky had her first experience working in senior living when she was a high school student at Conewago Valley School District in Adams County. At the time, she was a nursing assistant who helped seniors. In the 20 years since then, Bolinsky has emerged as a dedicated and skilled leader in the field.

    "Courtney brings a background in social services, as well as experience as an executive director and a dementia program director," said Eric Walker, executive director of sales and marketing at Pittsburgh-based IntegraCare, which operates The Woods at Cedar Run. "Courtney's diverse background made her a perfect fit at The Woods."

    Bolinsky obtained her Nursing Home Administrator's License five years ago. Prior to joining The Woods, she had spent time as an executive director, dementia program director and director of social services at various senior living communities.

    "My goals at The Woods are to lead our team to live and breathe our mission each day," said Bolinsky, 38. "We want to be the preferred provider for all service lines - independent living, senior living, and memory care."

    Bolinsky grew up in East Berlin, Pennsylvania. After graduating from Conewago Valley School District, she earned her bachelor's degree in Social Work at Shippensburg University and received a master's degree in Social Work at SUNY-Albany, where she specialized in Macro Social Work Practice and was a Hartford Internships in Aging Program Fellow.

    Bolinsky and her husband, Michael, have a 7-year-old daughter, Mackavlan.
