Full-Time Beatles Music Scholar Launches Video Series; Speaks at Fest for Beatles Fans

NEW YORK - April 13, 2016 - PRLog -- Beatles music scholar and author Aaron Krerowicz has produced a series of videos entitled, The Beatles Minute, which provide analysis of different aspects of Beatles songs in roughly 60-second segments.

"When I use the term 'Beatles scholar,' I'm referring to the fact that I conduct academic analysis of the band's music," says Krerowicz. "The combination of detailed musical analysis coupled with simple and accessible explanations are the pillars of my career. My Beatles Minute videos are key examples of those skills."

The Beatles Minute offerings include such topics as "Tonality in 'Good Day Sunshine,'" "Chord Progressions in 'Strawberry Fields Forever,'" and "Meter in 'Here Comes the Sun.'" There are currently 24 videos in the series, with more on the way. His next video topic will actually be suggested by a fan who recently won an online contest. Despite being born 15 years after the band broke up, Krerowicz is one of the United States of America's only full-time professional Beatles scholars, and he is the only one focusing solely on musical analysis of the band, rather than history. Krerowicz decided in the past year to dedicate his career to researching and lecturing about The Beatles on a full-time basis. He is currently touring the USA giving presentations on many subjects related to the band, and he will be making his first appearance at The Fest for Beatles Fans in New York this weekend, April 15-17.
