Multi-National Firm Expanding, Purchases Commercial Property in Palm Coast

PALM COAST, Fla. - April 12, 2016 - PRLog -- DLP (Direct Lending Partner) Family of Companies has purchased the two-story commercial property located at 6 Meridian Home Lane in Palm Coast. The property was sold by ITA for $1.125 million, and DLP plans to expand their family of companies to Palm Coast.Margaret Sheehan Jones,a CCIM (Certified Commercial Investment Member) with Parkside Realty Group, brokered the transaction.

The building was built in 2005 and has 6,666 sq ft of rentable space. It sits on 1.182 acres on the east side of North Oceanshore Blvd. in The Hammock. ITA will lease their space back for the next six months, then DLP will occupy the second floor where ITA is now. The first floor is occupied by Netpique, a tenant in the building for the past five years.
