The proposed hotel is planned as a La Quinta Inn & Suites.  The feasibility study is intended to be used for approval by the franchisor and for bank financing.

La Quinta Inn & Suites has recently introduced new building plans that are designed to provide high quality accommodations to its guest in the most modern forms.

The planned project is to be constructed in a 2.07 acre parcel that is located next to the Cracker Barrel restaurant that has high visibility from Interstate 70. The planned hotel is for 4 stories.
