MIDDLETOWN, Del. - April 11, 2016 - PRLog -- Raymond Resources Company LLC, today announced the appointment of April M. Elias as the new President and Chief Executive Officer of the National Staffing Firm. Ms. Elias recently served as Director-Client Management -Strategic Sourcing and Talent Acquisition at a regional firm that provides cloud-based technology solutions and technology talent acquisition services. She was responsible for establishing and strengthening relationships with C-Level clients, business and technical buyers, key project stakeholders and providing technology talent for hard to fill IT openings.  Ms. Elias developed and executed advanced full cycle sourcing and recruiting strategies for critical and complex IT positions.
