-- The Fine Finder
, a London-based startup, launched its online boutique this week with the objective of promoting and retailing Brazilian jewellery in the UK and Europe.
The devalued Brazilian currency, the Real, makes buying Brazilian jewellery more attractive than in previous years. Brazilian manufacturers are increasingly looking for opportunities to reach out to new markets to compensate for the negative outlook of the domestic economy.
Observing this scenario as an opportunity, Rafael Schouchana, son of Brazilian jewellers, decided to found the company. "Our mission is to rescue the symbolic value of jewellery and promote the quality and creativity of Brazilian designers around the world", he explains.
"We believe that jewels tell stories that can represent special moments in one's life. By researching trends in fashion, design and culture, we seek to inspire our customers with carefully curated collections that make them feel even more special", says Cidda Siqueira, PhD in Design and curator of the company.
In addition to having every item hallmarked by the Edinburgh Assay Office, the company has been awarded with the 'Assay Assured Jewellery Retailer' trustmark (www.assayassured.co.uk)
, meaning that all jewels have their precious metal alloy scientifically tested, that product descriptions are accurate and confirms the commitment of The Fine Finder to sell only genuine products, increasing consumer trust and confidence.
All this care aims to provide customers with a unique experience when purchasing a jewel.
