Amiani Cycle Launches Next-Generation, Two-Motor, Mountain Ebike on Indiegogo

The Kilimanjaro Electric Bike: Top Speed 40 MPH and Range Up to 50 Miles

LOS ANGELES - April 9, 2016 - PRLog -- Amiani Cycle today announced the launch of the next generation Kilimanjaroâ„¢ electric bike on Indiegogo, the world's first two-motor, fast and powerful mountain ebike. Amiani Cycle taps into the rapidly growing U.S. market for ebikes with more speed, more torque, and more range. Americans are finally enjoying the hybrid nature of ebikes-U.S. sales of ebikes in 2016 are projected to double 2015 sales.

While the Kilimanjaro's default speed is 25 mph, a simple controller adjustment increases the top speed to 40 mph. In the hybrid pedal-assist mode, its two A-level lithium batteries extend its range up to 50 miles.

The Kilimanjaro's 21-speed Shimano drivetrain gives the rider maximum gear-changing flexibility. Its aluminum alloy frame is lightweight, yet strong. Other key features that differentiate the Kilimanjaro from other ebikes include: 700 watts of power, front and rear disc brakes, LCD multi-functional controller, intuitive controls, a hidden battery with key lock and a two-year warranty on the motors and batteries.

The big advantage of the Kilimanjaro is its efficiency in climbing hills and riding against the wind. Amiani 's dual-motor Kilimanjaro looks, feels and handles like a traditional mountain bike, but has more than sufficient e-power to solve all of cycling's challenges.

"Some people don't go cycling because they lack the strength to pedal up hills or are worried that if they go far away they won't be able to make it back," says Colin Filko, principal of Amiani Cycle and holder of several patents. "For others, it's health limitations, age or athletic ability. For those commuting by bike to save parking fees, it's the inconvenience of arriving at their destination sweaty. The Kilimanjaro puts all these concerns to rest.

"The Kilimanjaro is mostly maintenance free. The A-level 36V10AHbatteries will last for years with minor care. Taking the Kilimanjaro up stairs is easy. Simply use the throttle gently, and the front and rear-wheel drive will do the rest, while guiding it."

With a team of proven designers, engineers and manufacturing specialists, Amiani Cycle aims to be a trusted ebike brand and one of the industry's most distinguished operations.

The Kilimanjaro is being introduced on Indiegogo (https://igg.me/at/2-motor-ebike) for a limited time at $1299, half the retail price. It's available in black or white and either 26" or 27.5". No assembly is required.

Funds raised through the Indiegogo campaign will be used for R&D and manufacturing next-generation ebikes. Investors and others who want to learn more about Amiani Cycle and the Kilimanjaro can email support@amiani.com or call 573-3AMIANI (573-326-4264).
