Old Spice deodorant causing painful chemical burns to consumers across the country: Lawsuit

NEW YORK - April 8, 2016 - PRLog -- A class action lawsuit was filed today in U.S District Court in the Southern District of New York against Procter & Gamble Co,  the makers of Old Spice deodorant.

The lawsuit accuses Procter & Gamble of selling several deodorants that cause harmful chemical burns to consumers.  The complaint also accuses the company of ignoring complaints by injured consumer and claims the company has a pattern and practice of placing into the stream of commerce dangerous products and concealing it in order to continue selling the product and reaping windfall profits.

Pictures of injured consumers were included in the complaint that depict the burns caused by using various Old Spice deodorants.

The class action lawsuit proposes to represents all of the Old Spice consumers in the United States that were injured.

"Our law firm has been inundated with inquiries from consumers that were burned after using Old Spice deodorants," said Vincent Imbesi, one of the attorney's that represents the plaintiffs.

Imbesi Law P.C., and Napoli Shkolnik PLLC are listed as legal counsel for the plaintiffs.
