Our DJ, Emcee, & master music mixologist, Jason "DJ J-Russ" Taber is from Tulsa, Oklahoma. He moved to Kansas City in early 2002. Having spent nearly 15 years in the DJ industry, he is now the co-owner of Capture the Moment KC and is one of the premiere special event DJ's in Kansas City.

His style is aggressive, innovative, & cutting edge. He has made a name for himself by staying ahead of the game in not only his choice of music, but with the way he plays it. With long flowing mixes that seamlessly blend one track into the next, Jason has the ability to take control of the dance floor, and energize the crowd that is on it.
