Singapore's most influential HR professionals revealed

RAFFLES PLACE, Singapore - April 6, 2016 - PRLog -- Human Resources Director magazine (HRD) has just released the 2016 Hot List which identifies 30 of the hottest industry professionals in the region. The selected power players are diverse, coming from a wide range of backgrounds and industries.

In November 2015, HRD asked readers to nominate senior HR professionals who they believed were excelling in all aspects of HR. The nominees were assessed and vetted by the HRD team based on their impact on business outcomes and their overall excellence in HR.

HRD also revisited previously profiled HR leaders and others who have been recognized by industry accolades from the likes of Aon Hewitt and The Great Place to Work Institute, among others.

"Some of the professionals listed have embarked on tricky transformation projects, embraced diversity or pushed the envelope for employee perks and benefits; some are coping with rapid growth, while others still are doing it tough in declining industries," said Iain Hopkins, editor of HRD.

"But they have one thing in common - all are undertaking initiatives that advance the standing of HR in business. These men and women are blazing the trail for others to follow."
