Hutchison PLLC Welcomes Attorney Frances-Ann Moran

RALEIGH, N.C. - April 6, 2016 - PRLog -- Hutchison PLLC, a leading provider of strategic business counsel to the life science and technology communities, is pleased to announce the addition of Frances-Ann Moran (http://www.hutchlaw.com/people/attorneys/frances-ann-moran) to the team.

Frances-Ann ("FA") focuses her practice on executive compensation, qualified pension and welfare benefit plans and corporate governance and compliance.

She works with clients - both public and private, as well as foreign-based companies and individual executives - to design and maintain equity-based and non-equity-based compensation arrangements, performance-based incentive programs, executive employment, change in control and severance contracts and deferred compensation plans. She advises companies and compensation committees on corporate governance requirements associated with executive compensation design as well as securities law, national stock exchange regulations and tax law requirements related to executive compensation.

FA's practice also includes assisting clients with benefit issues that arise in corporate transactions, fiduciary compliance and plan correction programs. She is frequently consulted by clients on benefits management strategy.

FA is also an Educator for Duke Corporate Education, continuing her pre-legal career work in compliance and organizational behavior by developing and delivering customized experiential learning methodologies for client specific executive development programs. She merges her experience in organizational behavior from the Fuqua School and Duke CE into her practice, resulting in thoughtful solutions that fit each client's DNA and business strategy.

FA joined the firm from Siavage Law Group, LLC, an Atlanta-based law firm. She earned her bachelor's degree, with honors, in economics and English literature from Meredith College and her law degree from Duke University School of Law. She also attended Université de Genève and University of Edinburgh.
