Aspromonte Marketing & Consulting Wraps Up Colon Cancer Fundraiser Initiative
The company kicked off the initiative with the entire office sporting the color blue-the designated color of colon cancer awareness-on March 4.
But it didn't just stop there; AMC also started Change for Colon Cancer, a month long fundraising effort which encouraged employees and office visitors to donate their loose change into a jar in the AMC lobby for it to be donated to the Colon Cancer Alliance.
In addition, the AMC team hosted a Dine and Donate fundraiser on March 31 at P.J. Whelihan's in Cherry Hill, NJ where 15% of all proceeds were donated to the Colon Cancer Alliance.
"We are extremely excited to help raise money and awareness for colon cancer" says Nick Aspromonte, AMC Founder and President. "With colon cancer being the second leading cause of cancer deaths in the United States, we felt it to be our duty to help raise awareness for such a horrendous disease which affects so many individuals,"
AMC's colon cancer fundraiser initiative marks the fourth philanthropic event for the company, following the donation drives for the Burlington County Animal Shelter, MenzFit and Dress For Success.
