Cresta Hotels are on the board with 2016 SA Bachelor & Bachelorette

SANDTON, South Africa - April 5, 2016 - PRLog -- Francois Joubert, Group Sales Manager at Cresta Hotels has been appointed as one of the judges for the 2016 SA Bachelor and Bachelorette competition. Francois has been in the hospitality industry for more than ten years and represented major international hotel chains including Hilton Hotels Worldwide, Starwood Hotels and Orient-Express Hotels. Francois is currently employed by Cresta Hotels as Group Sales Manager representing their 17 hotels in Botswana, Zambia and Zimbabwe.

"I find it phenomenal that SA Bachelor & Bachelorette raised in excess of R650 000 for various charities over the past 5 years", says Joubert. "I can only applaud this wonderful initiative and it would be such an honour to be involved as a judge. This year the focus will be on children, which is very close to my heart."

CopperStone Promotions launched its first annual SA Bachelor & Bachelorette of the Year in 2011. Successful candidates are chosen countrywide and should have a prolific mix of brains, beauty, entrepreneurship and the spirit of Ubuntu. It is not a match-making competition, nor a beauty pageant, rather a competition where successful single candidates who are not married or engaged, and aged 20 years and older, can make a difference and create awareness through charity or community work.

A carefully selected judging panel of individuals who are specialists in different fields selects the cream of the crop to battle it out to become the next SA Bachelor and Bachelorette. The finalists will find their own sponsors, compete based on several challenges throughout the year, arrange and manage their own fundraisers and media drives before the winners are announced at a red carpet formal event in November.
