ARMotors is now servicing all Audi Models

JEBEL ALI, UAE - April 4, 2016 - PRLog -- "We are happy and more importantly our clients are." Was Alex Renner's, Owner of AR Motors, response when we visited to know more about the current state of ARMotors business.

Did anything change since the last twelve months?

"For us quite a few things." Alex replied. "We are adapting to the ever changing demands of our clients. But this is not all we are also trying to influence this demand in a humble way."

How do you intent or how did you do this?

"Well, we are listening to our clients, that's an absolute must in our industry. You cannot continue to do the same thing over and over and assume that the demand is not changing. Secondly, we are reflecting on what our customer are expecting. This is far easier for us to do as for larger corporations or car dealers, which have to obey rules and guidelines of their principles."

Could you give us examples?

"Yes, several actually. We introduced Porsche warranty some time ago. Last year we added Ferrari & Maserati extended warranty to our service portfolio. This happened on request from our clients.  In addition to the warranty we introduced smart repair, paint protection and paint less paint removal. These additional service offers came into fruition while listening to our existing clients requesting us to add these services."

What about the addition of Audi?

"Yes, Audi was something we had in mind since quite some time. While listening to our clients about additional services some of them asked us to look into the possibility to add Audi. We obviously took this idea serious as we had researched the market for alternative brands. Audi was one brand, which came up frequently and the fact that we had looked at Audi earlier basically reinforced our opinion about the brand."

What did your existing clients said after you added the Audi brand?

"The reaction was positive throughout. We looked at the possibility that some existing clients might not like the idea but in general the reception of the new brand was positive. In fact the reason why we are offering our Audi service for all Audi models was partly because of the input of existing clients. Most of them encouraged us to include the whole model range and to avoid excluding particular models."

So you listened?

"Yes of course. It would be wrong not to listen to your clients. As for as we can tell after two months the clients were correct and we do not have any regrets!"
