Allentown JazzFest and Bell Hall Announce The Bell Hall Stage

ALLENTOWN, Pa. - April 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Today, JazzFest and Bell Hall announce the Bell Hall Stage which will be JazzFest's first ever outdoor branded stage.

"The space between Bell Hall restaurant and The Liberty Bell Church is perfect for outdoor live music events.  It's a beautiful space and we're going to bring some of our higher energy performers to the Bell Hall Stage" said Bryan Tuk, Executive Director and CEO of the Allentown JazzFest.

"Bell Hall is excited about our new partnership with Allentown JazzFest.  The Bell Hall Stage is an opportunity for the community to enjoy premier jazz artists in a relaxed, family-friendly setting. We are looking forward to a fantastic outdoor patio season at Bel Hall" said W. Jeffrey Brown, co-owner.

The performances on the Bell Hall Stage will be:

May 3th, 5:30pm: The Bill Warfield Quartet will perform selections from America's greatest song writers; Cole Porter, George Gershwin, et all as well as Jazz Standards.

May 4th, 5:30pm: The Fusion Jazz Trio   This energetic jazz trio - Vernon Mobley, Brian Bortz and Barry Sames -blends bold percussion, funky and innovative bass lines and electrifying keyboard refrains into a refreshing musical signature sure to please any discerning audience.

May 7th, 5pm: The B.D. Lenz Trio  A unique brand of funky jazz that fuses virtuoso musicianship with expert songwriting. Joining B.D. will be James Rosocha (bass) and Kevin Soffera (drums).  Together, this trio will keep you surprised with their eclectic mix of jazz standards, original music, and pop classics.
