Hunter J. Shkolnik Named Co-Lead Counsel in Daily Fantasy Sports Class Action

NEW YORK - April 1, 2016 - PRLog -- Hunter J. Shkolnik has been named Co-Lead Counsel in the In re Daily Fantasy Sports Litigation by United Stated District Judge George A. O'Toole, Jr. of the United States District Court of Massachusetts.  Mr. Shkolnik is a partner of Napoli Shkolnik PLLC and is serving as co-counsel with Imbesi Law P.C., in the representation of plaintiffs against FanDuel and DraftKings.

Judge O'Toole, writing about his appointments, noted that the appointees are "able litigators who brings ample experience, knowledge, and resources to this complex litigation." As a member of the Executive Committee, Mr. Shkolnik will continue to investigate and develop the claims while also overseeing the coordination, preparation, and presentation of the necessary legal documentation.
