NASHVILLE, Tenn. - April 1, 2016 - PRLog -- The Allstar Nation Tour (http://www.allstarnationtour.com/), a presentation of The National Anti-Bullying Project, will make its first-ever stop in Tennessee during a four-city anti-bullying school concert tour featuring top contestants from American Idol, X-Factor, and The Voice.

The Allstar Nation Tour (https://www.facebook.com/#!/allstarnationtour) is the nation's premiere anti-bullying (http://www.allstarnationtour.com/) school concert tour featuring a small group of emerging recording artists who perform and speak out against bullying at middle and high schools across the country.

The highly engaging concert assembly is a free supplemental anti-bullying program. Artists perform Top 40 and original music to connect with students during a 60-90 minute assembly. Between songs, they speak out against bullying, share personal experiences, and discuss prevention methods. All performers have personal experiences with being bullied.

Performing are X-Factor season one Top 6 finalist Drew Ryniewicz (http://www.drewofficial.com/); Season 10 American Idol Top 8 Boys finalist Robbie Rosen (http://www.robbierosenofficial.com/) of Merrick, New York: and The Voice season six contestant Branden Mendoza (http://www.myonlyescape.com/).

According to recent studies, bullying affects nearly one in three schoolchildren in America grades six through 10. It's a major factor in teen suicide and school shootings. In fact, suicide is the third leading cause of death among young people, resulting in about 4,400 deaths per year, according to the CDC. Nearly 70 percent of students think schools respond poorly to bullying.

The Houston-based Allstar Nation Tour has exploded in popularity having attracted schools and top performers from around the country. The concert tour has previously visited more than 150 schools in Michigan, Texas, Wisconsin, Florida, Oklahoma and Utah since August 2014 performing and speaking to more than 100,000 students and faculty.

The National Anti-Bullying Project (NABP) is a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering students, teachers and parents to eliminate bullying in schools.
