Industry Awards celebration during the conference. The CATIE awards are judged annually by culinary and event industry professionals and media.
The International Caterers Association (ICA) is a non-profit organization whose mission is to provide education, mentoring and resources for professional caterers and to promote the catering profession. The ICA does this through publications, seminars, workshops and demonstrations for trade and industry organizations. The CATIEs are awarded annually for a wide range of catering elements.
