New Fast & Casual Restaurant Concept - Hurricane BTW - Opens First Location in Ft. Lauderdale

FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla. - March 30, 2016 - PRLog -- Hurricane BTW, (www.hurricanebtw.com), a new fast and casual restaurant concept developed by the national Hurricane Grill & Wings brand, is opening its first location in Ft. Lauderdale next week. The brainchild of Hurricane Grill & Wings Chief Executive Officer John Metz, Hurricane BTW targets the millennial crowd with its fast and casual service, fun and energetic in-store design and atmosphere, and high-quality yet simple menu options. Menu offerings will include: burgers, tacos (fish and chicken), wings, chicken tenders, salads (honey pecan and cabana blue), beer (draft, bottle, and local craft), and more.

Hurricane BTW will open its doors to the public on Saturday, April 9 at 11 a.m. During its first weekend open (April 9 - 10), 100% of sales will be contributed to Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital. (Joe DiMaggio Children's Hospital is one of Florida's leading pediatric hospitals, offering a comprehensive scope of healthcare services and programs in a child-friendly atmosphere.) Additionally, all guests dining on Hurricane BTW's first weekend will receive a complimentary Chicken Tender Combo to be redeemed on their next visit to Hurricane BTW (while supplies last).

The first Hurricane BTW restaurant, which is 2,400 square feet, is located at 5975 North Federal Highway, #104, in Ft. Lauderdale. General Manager is Daniel Law and the location will employ 30 part- and full-time associates. Hours are 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Sunday through Thursday and 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Friday and Saturday. More than 100 Hurricane BTW locations are expected to open by 2019.
