Follow on Google News | iN Education will award $5,000 tuition to the winning act of its Battle of the Teal - 4EDU!After a decade of serving local and national education communities, iN Education, Inc. has created this student showcase to raise awareness of the college student loan debt epidemic, which affects 44 million people nationwide with collective dues reaching 1.3 trillion dollars according to a government data analysis by financial aid experts at Edvisors, the class of 2014 graduated with an average student loan debt of $33,000. This event addresses the importance of taking preventative measures against crippling student debt for the sake of Pre-K to 12th grade school students by rewarding them for their dedication to the arts and their academic achievements so that they will not experience extensive college debt in the future. The rewards program allows students to pay for their college education with program points, which removes or minimizes the need to use loans to pay for their education. Another issue program wishes to address is the motivation of our kids today. We all can understand difference between intrinsic and extrinsic rewards. The WOW Education Rewards program primarily focus on the extrinsic rewards meaning rewards that are tangible and visible to others. With over 3,500 different rewards programs that primarily offer extrinsic rewards, e.g. free cup of coffee, 10cents off your gas per gallon, frequent flyer miles, and other, we all can relate to this trend. Furthermore, each household averages 14 different rewards cards. "Providing a service like this to the American people is rewarding in so many ways," says Founder & Executive Producer DeAndré L. Nixon. There are two audiences we are seeking to get involved (Talent / Act and Representing Non-profit Organizations) Special thanks go out to our current sponsoring organizations (Huntington Bank, Cleveland Cavaliers, F. Lee's Tax & Accounting Services, Walmart - Columbus, Autism and the Arts, Dr. Memory, LLC, Alternative Repertory Theatre Corp, LifeSmart Education, Chameleon Entertainment, Proficient Pro, Inc., African Safari Wildlife Park, Spencer 4 Higher Media, and Volunteers of America - Greater Ohio) and Celebrity Judges (Kevin Hughes, Jerry Lucas aka Dr. Memory, Lady Gilmore, and Gregory A.
