Revised dates unveiled for largest BIA Parade of Homes in more than a decade
By: Building Industry Association of Central Ohio
COLUMBUS, OH - The Building Industry Association of Central Ohio announced today that the 2016 BIA Parade of Homes will now take place Sept. 3-18, a revision of the Parade's earlier-announced July dates. As the largest Parade of Homes since 2005, this year's event is being held at the new Verona development in Powell and will feature 16 stunning luxury homes crafted by the region's premier builders. With its unmatched location in the Olentangy Local School District, which is listed among the state's top-ranked school systems, Verona is expected to become one of the most sought-after communities in central Ohio.
"While we've shifted the dates for this year's Parade to September, everyone will want to mark their calendars for the biggest Parade of Homes in years, which promises to be unforgettable for our guests," said BIA Executive Director Jim Hilz. "The incredible size and intricacy of the homes, coupled with elaborate outdoor living spaces, means our builders needed additional time to complete their homes and landscapes. The result will be an even more extraordinary guest experience."
Hilz added that the Parade's powerhouse team of 16 builders will deliver spectacular homes ranging in price from $700,000 to more than $1 million; each packed with great inspiration and room after room of the very latest ideas in home decor, amenities and trends.
2016 BIA Parade of Homes builders include:
