Local Property Specialists Take National Awards By Storm

LEAMINGTON, U.K. - March 28, 2016 - PRLog -- A Royal Leamington Spa business that has made a big splash on the local property lettings scene has swept the board at this year's national Belvoir awards.

Led by irrepressible husband and wife team, John and Sue Warburton, staff at the Belvoir office in Denby Buildings, on Regent Grove, are celebrating winning a Gold Award for 'Franchise of the Year' plus the top award for 'Innovation' and a bronze 'Group Contribution Award' for work the couple put into raising the profile of Belvoir's network of over 160 offices throughout the UK.

Presenting the triple honours, Belvoir Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, Mike Goddard, said: "This team's submission was absolutely first class and the judging panel praised the 'stand out' appeal that John and Sue's office manages to generate on a daily basis through a fun, clever and highly innovative approach to business.

"Whether looking after the standard residential letting needs of local landlord and investor clients, or providing suitable property for the local student market, each member of the team projects their personality and passion onto the job in hand.

"Their clients love them, not just for some of the wacky stunts they employ to get noticed and raise money for local charities, but also for the way they think outside the box, offering a wide range of 'add on' services to help manage each client's individual property requirements."

Masters of local marketing and publicity, John and Sue's team all pull together to generate visual interest, awareness of their business, local newspaper headlines and a growing on-line following.

It all started with a mod 'Tommy the Belvoir Vespa' scooter complete with its front rack of mirrors, parked in reception. This was followed by 'Betty the Belvoir Vespa' and an Instagram super-imposed photo, of a VW campervan, adorned with faces of the team at its windows maybe hints at a future ambitious project!

A fun, promotional video put together by members of the office team was an instant hit on You Tube and in the local student community. Dozens more initiatives, including giant billboards and a floating Belvoir branded 'air board' help to get the office noticed and also raise charitable funds.

After receiving their awards Sue said: "When we purchased our Belvoir business back in 2012 we wanted to make the statement: 'Look out Leamington - here we are and here we come!'

"We believe in immersing ourselves in local community life and get involved in various sponsorships and support of local fashion shows; the Side by Side Theatre, and Warwick University's Athletics and Cross Country Club, to name a few."
