The selection of artists are pre-screened and chosen for their unique and original sound quality, production and vocal style. The way the program works is; once selected, artists receive relatively free promotion by signing their single to the label. The music is compiled, released and marketed.  Then in turn, fans of participating artists, tell their friends and fans about the project, and featured song. Finally, participants discover the other high quality artists within the presentation and the music discovery, word of mouth continues.

The platform is likened to American Idol, minus the competition. The idea is the brainchild of Miss Kristin Pedderson who is the CEO at Big Fuss Records label.
