PETERS, Mo. - March 25, 2016 - PRLog -- Developed by MC Hotel Construction, a division of Midas Hospitality, the Courtyard by Marriott - St. Louis / St. Peters opened March 21, 2016 and is located at 4341 Veterans Memorial Parkway in St. Peters, MO.  The $15M asset is located off I-70 in St. Peters, MO just 25-miles west from downtown St. Louis, MO.  The hotel boast 123 guest rooms and suites, fitness center, Bistro restaurant & bar, 2,300 sq. ft. of meeting space and a heated indoor swimming pool.
