HEMPSTEAD, N.Y. - March 24, 2016 - PRLog -- EAC Network's Division Director of Family Support & Vocational Services, Rachel Lugo, joined Governor Cuomo at his March 8th press conference where he addressed plans to add a third track to the Long Island Rail Road. Lugo, a longtime advocate of traffic safety, will be working with several community-based agencies to address safety issues and provide education on rail road grades at High School and community presentations.

"This plan is the chance for us to not only create a stronger and more resilient transportation network but a safer one as well," Rachel Lugo said at the press conference, which took place at the Long Island Association's headquarters in Melville.
