Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and the Inland Empire Bolsters 2016-2017 Board of Director

SANTA ANA, Calif. - March 23, 2016 - PRLog -- Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and the Inland Empire (http://ocbigs.org/), a prominent nonprofit dedicated to providing youth with professionally supported mentoring relationships, has announced a host of changes to its board of directors for 2016-2017. The moves help reinforce the organization's leadership and fundraising efforts while furthering its community standing. The shifts include the promotion of Doug Antone to board chair and Todd Pickup to vice chair, the rejoining of W. Henry Walker to the executive board and the addition of Dave Moellenhoff to the governing board.

"Our board of directors significantly impacts our organization, our programs and our community reach," said Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and the Inland Empire (http://ocbigs.org/) Chief Executive Officer Melissa Beck. "Each of these impressive individuals brings valuable experiences and perspectives to the table, and their influence will allow us to help even more children, especially given their experience encouraging companies to give back."

In addition to their charitable work, Antone, Pickup, Walker and Moellenhoff all have extraordinary professional backgrounds.

·     Doug Antone has enjoyed an accomplished career, holding executive, sales and marketing positions primarily in the technology market. Most recently, he served as president and CEO of Networks in Motion before making a successful exit from the industry. In addition to his role as board chairman at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and Inland Empire, he serves as an executive board member at Think Together, executive board member at Monterey Institute of Technology and Education, and board advisor at Magma Inc. He is a resident of Laguna Beach.

·    Todd Pickup is a private equity investor specializing in public securities, private corporate investments, private portfolio management and hospitality assets. Currently, he is the CEO of International Bay Clubs, the parent of the Balboa Bay Club and Newport Beach Country Club. A seasoned investment strategist, he is a graduate of the University of Southern California and currently serves as a board member of privatively owned cloud computing company, KeyedIn. He resides with his family in Newport Beach.

·     W. Henry Walker is president of Farmers & Merchants Bank (F&M) and has led the company, founded in 1907, to now reach more than $6 billion in assets and to become one of the top 150 largest banks in the nation. In addition to his support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and the Inland Empire, he has helped develop F&M programs for schools that encourage financial responsibility. Walker also is passionately involved in community welfare and the arts, serving on the board of directors for Pacific Symphony for many years.

·     Dave Moellenhoff co-founded Salesforce.com, the market-leading software-as-a-service provider. Moellenhoff currently serves on the board of directors of the company's foundation, Salesforce.org, and helped pioneer the 1:1:1 model of corporate philanthropy, suggesting that corporations give back to the communities in which they operate by donating 1 percent of their product, equity and employee time. Prior to Salesforce, Moellenhoff held positions at Metropolis Software and Clarify. He also continues to operate Left Coast Software, a consulting firm advising and investing in early-stage technology startups. He resides in Laguna Beach with his wife and two children.

The four men are a part of an outstanding board comprising individuals and corporations playing critical roles in making Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and the Inland Empire one of the national organization's most successful chapters.
