Most recently, he served as president and CEO of Networks in Motion before making a successful exit from the industry. In addition to his role as board chairman at Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and Inland Empire, he serves as an executive board member at Think Together, executive board member at Monterey Institute of Technology and Education, and board advisor at Magma Inc. He is a resident of Laguna Beach. · Todd Pickup is a private equity investor specializing in public securities, private corporate investments, private portfolio management and hospitality assets. Currently, he is the CEO of International Bay Clubs, the parent of the Balboa Bay Club and Newport Beach Country Club. A seasoned investment strategist, he is a graduate of the University of Southern California and currently serves as a board member of privatively owned cloud computing company, KeyedIn. He resides with his family in Newport Beach. · W. Henry Walker is president of Farmers & Merchants Bank (F&M) and has led the company, founded in 1907, to now reach more than $6 billion in assets and to become one of the top 150 largest banks in the nation. In addition to his support of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Orange County and the Inland Empire, he has helped develop F&M programs for schools that encourage financial responsibility.
