By: Pediatric Cancer Foundation Riverside Park, New York City Sunday April 17, 2016, 10am - 2pm Founded in 1970, Pediatric Cancer Foundation supports doctors at leading hospitals in finding a cure for childhood cancer. The Foundation raises money for patient treatment, research and acquisition of state-of-the art equipment and patient/parent care. More than 2,300 children will die each year from cancer. Each year PCF invites walkers to help raise awareness and much needed funds to fight childhood cancers, the causes of which are still unknown and at present cannot be prevented. Registration opens March 1, 2016, online at pcfwalk.org A family friendly event for all ages. $50 for Adults (31 and over), $35 for Adult (19-30) $20 for Children 18 years and under. Walk-ins pay an additional $5 registration charge/person. EVENT PROGRAM: 10:00am Check-in: All walkers check-in and receive a Pediatric Cancer Foundation T-shirt. Enjoy breakfast, food and drinks donated by our many product sponsors. Walk-ins welcome to register for an additional charge of $5.
