Sage College's School of Management Announces Business Resource Program Creation

ALBANY, N.Y. - March 21, 2016 - PRLog -- The Sage Business Resource Network is the first element of a multi-layered, strategic plan bringing tangible and practical resources to the areas' businesses and to give real world experiences for the Sage students.

Mr. Manasier states: "Our goal at Sage Colleges is to be a real value, not just to our students, but to the community at large. Creating this network will bring collaboration between our students, our business community and our best practice partners including Revenew Intl., In Focus Brands and Diamond Point. Our focus is to strengthen the regional economy and provide real opportunities for our students so we always want to align and assist with those endeavors."

For 2016, Sage's Business Resource Program will include the following, planned initiatives:

1.    A series of existing business seminars and workshops for the area's companies;

2.    A network of discounted services for the area's businesses;

3.    An organized and trained, as needed, pool of trained interns for existing companies; and

4.    A search for additional space for the growing MBA Program in Saratoga.

The Businesses for Better Sage Agreement is designed to assist for-profit organizations with employee recruitment, retention, and ongoing professional resources and training. Sage is a partner in making the best use of tuition assistance funds provided by companies. Sage supports the efforts of businesses to attract and retain highly qualified professionals. Partners with Sage will receive a 20% discount on tuition and preferred billing.

The School of Management at The Sage Colleges has programs at both the graduate and undergraduate level, with classes being offered in Albany, Troy, Saratoga, and online.
