MOUNT VERNON, Ohio - March 21, 2016 - PRLog -- Like most new graduates today, Cori had a hard time finding her first professional job over a decade ago. However, although she had difficulty securing her first position, she was able to move ahead, growing consistently and achieving much success throughout her first eleven years as a professional. Through some of her professional roles, which kept her in close contact with the upcoming workforce of new millennial graduates, Cori came to appreciate the quality of the new generation of professionals and her desire to share what she has learned, prompting her to write "Career Advice for Graduates: 62 Essential Elements to Excel Early." (ISBN 978-0692588253, Cornball Productions 2016)

The job market has only gotten tougher through time as the number of graduates increases. As difficult as it is to secure a career position fresh out of college, it is no match to the task of keeping that position while thriving. New professionals face massive layoffs, companies re-structuring, and other catastrophic career scenarios prompted by the current economic and political environment. 'A guide to find a job' was not enough for Cori Arnold. She presents readers with a skillset frame to get new graduates who already have secured a position, to get to the next level. Cori states: "I love learning. Learning provides growth and broader perspective." It is her conviction and love for learning that allowed her to identify, utilize, and now share with others, essential attributes and mindsets which could make the difference in whether the new graduate gets stuck in a dead end position, or moves to the next level. By putting together specific crucial characteristics the new professional needs, such as: Relationships, Attitude, Communication, Initiative, Reliability, Accountability, and Courage; she created The RACI Squared framework.

Many readers are already benefiting from The RACI Squared framework presented in Cori Arnold's new book: "CAREER ADVICE for GRADUATES has shown me a behind the scenes structure of employment and how to navigate my way to management positions in a confusing modern job market. Thank you for sharing the tips and examples of how to become the stand out employee. I found that this book filled an enormous void between getting a job, advancement through management, and career success." - Paula, MS TOP 1000 REVIEWER, Amazon.
