Enterprise cloud merger activity to accelerate in Europe as key players seek scale

LONDON - March 18, 2016 - PRLog -- Enterprise cloud infrastructure and service providers are entering a phase of rapid consolidation across Europe as several IT subsectors converge, say industry experts speaking at TMT M&A Forum 2016 (http://www.tmtfinance.com/merger), the annual leadership event for international telecom, media and technology companies.

"M&A activity across the cloud, infrastructure and managed services sectors is accelerating rapidly as businesses look to take advantage of significant tailwinds over the next five years, through consolidation, as well as organic growth opportunities," commented Olivier Wolf, Partner, TMT Sector Leader at EY.

As such, Enterprise Cloud has been identified as one of the key sessions for TMT M&A Forum 2016 which gathers 350 leading telecom, media and tech executives, investment bankers and advisers to assess the latest international opportunities and strategies in London on April 14.
