ENGLEWOOD, Colo. - March 17, 2016 - PRLog -- Carriere & Little welcomes Chris Leach to our group of talented attorneys. Chris is an aviation business attorney who specializes in aviation litigation and transactions.  With more than a decade of experience, Chris provides diligent, creative and effective representation to client in business disputes and litigation and aviation transactions.  Chris has substantial experience as outside general counsel for businesses, especially within the aviation industry.   Chris' experience ranges from aviation, commercial contract, financial, construction and real estate litigation, to corporate governance and insurance.

A commercially licensed pilot with substantial experience within the aviation industry, Chris handles a wide range of aviation legal matters including guiding clients through aircraft acquisitions, regulatory issues, aircraft ownership structure, leasing, certificate defense, investigations, aircraft accident cases and aviation business disputes.

Chris' experience extends to clients within diverse industries, including financial services, petroleum, construction and technology.   Chris knows that to provide the very best representation, it is essential to understand how his clients operate their businesses. Chris is particularly adept at quickly learning technical aspects of his clients businesses.

Chris offers skillful counsel that extends to jury trial, arbitrations, administrative proceedings and appeals, as well negotiating and drafting complex agreements and advising his clients on corporate governance issues.  With significant trial experience, Chris understands the value of protecting his clients' interests through aggressive representation, but also offers his clients creative solutions to realize their goals outside of litigation.

Before joining Carriere & Little, Chris was a partner at a large Denver law firm, where he spent nine years of his career.  Chris has been listed as a Colorado Super Lawyer "Rising Star" since 2011, and has an AV peer review rating from the Martindale Hubbell legal directory.

Chris has a demonstrated passion for aviation.  He holds a commercial multi-engine, instrument rating and spends time out of the office as a competitive aerobatic pilot.  Chris' flight experience ranges from high performance bi-planes to turbine business aircraft.  Chris serves on the Colorado Aviation Business Association's Board of Trustees and volunteers for other non-profit organizations to help create educational opportunities for students pursuing careers in aviation.
