Vanacore Homes Breaks Ground on New Luxury Development in Halifax Plantation

ORMOND BEACH, Fla. - March 17, 2016 - PRLog -- Scott and Todd Vanacore, owners of Vanacore Homes, are pleased to announce the company has broken ground on a new luxury golf villa development, their second project within the Halifax Plantation community.

The 'Waterford' model home, located at 3201 Bailey Ann Drive in Ormond Beach's Halifax Planation, is the first construction in the new Scottsmoor development. The model is expected to be completed in May. The model will be designed by Beth Mindlin Interior Design.

Halifax Plantation is a master-planned community surrounded by beaches, shopping centers and restaurants, while being surrounded by a tranquil living environment.

Scottsmoor will provide its residents with the "best of the best" in golf course living, including views of the golf course, nature preserve or lake, as well as an 'active park' that will include a putting green and two pickle-ball courts.

In its first phase, Scottsmoor will feature 84 home sites, closing out at 160 once the development is complete after approximately two years of construction.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom villas, comparable to townhomes, will feature 11-foot ceilings, closed porches, optional Florida rooms, granite countertops throughout, all-wood cabinets and "Florida basements."
