New England Supply Chain and Logistics Leader Appoints New Director of Business Development

Tim brings more than ten years of experience in trade with extensive experience in logistics planning, management, and sales, expertise in import/export management and regulation, contract negotiation, and a proactive and competent comprehension of global business operations and sales.
Over the years, Tim developed a genuine understanding and empathy for the challenges that importers and exporters face through his familiarity with the West Coast Port crisis and the congestion at the port of New York/New Jersey. During that time, he assisted numerous clients to navigate through seemingly muddled paths in these areas. Because his career includes working on both ends of the supply chain, Tim has expertise that appreciates the needs of companies and clients alike, ranging from import to export, China to Chicago, and first in, to first out. His approach to import programs is that of the architect, building solutions based on a foundation for meeting the needs of clients. He possesses a broad knowledge of the increases in national security resulting in new regulations and remained educated in accordance with C-TPAT, ACE, ISF, ITAR, FDA and FTA requirements. During his tenure with Talbots Import LLC, Mr. Dooner contributed to the company's successful C-TPAT Tier 3 re-validation.
Tim fills an integral role that will partner with internal teams to create a solution based on customer needs, including appropriate pricing strategy, solution implementation and future customer growth potential. By using his supply chain and logistics knowledge of the flow of materials, information, and finances involved in manufacturing and distributing products, Mr. Dooner and OCEANAIR will provide a logical perspective and value solutions for today's marketplace, reaching across the aisles between brokers, forwarders, importers, and exporters alike.
