BARNSTAPLE, U.K. - March 15, 2016 - PRLog -- There will be quirky treasures and collectables galore at South Molton's popular flea market on Sunday 3rd April as sellers from across the South West set up shop in the town's historic Country Pannier Market. Visitors will be treated to a wide range of stalls selling everything from vintage and retro household and garden pieces, to toys, clothes, jewellery, furniture, house clearance items and pretty handmade crafts. The Flea Market is open from 10 am - 3 pm, with free entry.

"We are into our third year with the flea markets and we are excited that we continue to attract new sellers every time to add to the lovely selection of stalls that our visitors can enjoy," said organiser Rosemary Hallett from Once Upon a Time Nostalgic Fairs based in South Molton. "This time we have new sellers from Cornwall, including B and L Antiques and Vintage from Launceston and Millie's Attic from Bodmin.  Also, for the first time, we will be joined by a local wedding car hire business, who will be bringing their beautiful vintage car to the event."

"Our car is called Pearl, and we are looking forward to taking her to the flea market in South Molton," said John Selby, who with his wife Kim runs Barnstaple Classic Wedding Car Hire. "Pearl is a maroon and black 1946 Super Singer Ten. She will be looking her best and wearing her wedding ribbons.  Lots of people love vintage cars, and it's always fun to take Pearl out for the day. She usually attracts plenty of attention and smiles."

Other stallholders at the flea market, from North Devon and further afield, include The Green Barrow, Ideal Vintage, Crow's Nest, Collins Antiques, Greenwell Collectables, B and I Fairs, Vintage Wishes, P and J Collectables, Paul Argyle, Linda Middleton Jones, Beverley Costerton, Midge's Treasures, Stevie's Stitches, Boxes and Bits, Sunnyside Farm, Nostalgia, The Place for Frames, Diamonds, Garry Turner Diecast, Craft Wonderland, South Molton Crafts, The Shed and Shabilous.

Fresh coffee will be served at The Market Café with delicious home cooked food available from stalls including The Pig and Olive, Jake's Bakes, Vanessa's Cakes and Clarey's Celandine Cake House.

Free parking is available in the nearby Cattle Market Car Park. For all enquiries, please contact Rosemary Hallett on 07989 619745.

Further flea markets are due to be held in South Molton Country Pannier Market on Bank Holiday Monday 2nd May, 5th June, 11th September 2016 and 13th November 2016.
