SOLitude Lake Management Grows with Five New Hires

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va. - March 16, 2016 - PRLog -- SOLitude Lake Management, an industry leader in lake and pond management, fisheries management and related environmental services for the United States, is pleased to welcome five new team members. Mychal Manolatos, Bo Burns and Matt Serino will be instrumental in supporting the sales and marketing goals as the company continues to expand its footprint. Brea Arvidson and Tim Schnaufer, both Aquatic Biologists, will provide SOLitude's growing clientele with sustainable solutions for lake, pond and fisheries management.

Mychal Manolatos, based in Chicago, is SOLitude's new Vice President of Sales. As a seasoned senior sales executive, Mychal is responsible for leading efforts to develop relationships with new clients nationwide and introduce the company's many service offerings and products. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Michigan State University and comes to SOLitude from Aramark Corporation, where he was responsible for leading a team of over one hundred sales professionals.

Bo Burns, Market Development Manager at SOLitude, is based in North Carolina and has worked in the lake management industry for the last 30 years. Bo received his Master of Environmental Management degree in Resource and Wetland Ecology from Duke University. Before joining SOLitude, he worked for Valent USA Corporation and Nufarm Americas while developing the market for Clipper Aquatic herbicide. At SOLitude, he is responsible for business development in new markets nationwide. Bo also currently serves as vice president for the South Carolina Aquatic Plant Management Society and as a board member for the Mid-South Aquatic Plant Management Society.

Matt Serino, based out of SOLitude's Virginia Beach office, joins as the company's Creative Marketing Specialist with nearly a decade of marketing and graphic design experience. Matt supports overall marketing strategy, advertising, branding and communications, and is also responsible for all graphic design needs of the company. He earned his Bachelor of Business Administration degree with a concentration in Marketing and a minor in Art from James Madison University. Before joining SOLitude, Matt was a member of the marketing department at Sentara Healthcare in Norfolk, VA.

Brea Arvidson, based out of SOLitude's Massachusetts office, is an Aquatic Biologist with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marine, Estuarine and Freshwater Biology from the University of New Hampshire. Brea provides clients in the New England region with a complete range of ecologically based water quality solutions and has a particular interest in the management of aquatic and wetland plants. Before joining the company, she interned for the New Hampshire Department of Environmental Sciences where she assisted with their Exotic Species Program.

Tim Schnaufer, based out of SOLitude's New York office, is an Aquatic Biologist and serves clients in New York and the surrounding states. Tim has a focus on water quality and fisheries management and earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Conservation Biology at SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry. Prior to joining SOLitude, he interned for the New York State Department of Environmental Conservation's "I Fish NY" education program where he taught children angling best practices and environmental awareness.
