Phalanx Secure Solutions to open a threat operations center at their Millersville, MD location

Threat Operations Centers, the latest weapons in the ongoing effort to protect corporate and government institutions from insider threat which accounts for 75% of all breaches, are intended to provide the most proactive monitoring and response possible, thus enabling insider threats to be detected and dispositioned long before a breach can occur.
