ASHBURN, Va. - March 14, 2016 - PRLog -- Something new is coming soon to the DC Metro food entrepreneur landscape, and that something is Chefscape™, a commercial shared kitchen and event space located 30 miles Northwest of DC in Ashburn, Virginia.

Built out of the previous "Mezza Grill" space, Chefscape™ will be 1800 sq. feet of stainless steel commercial grade kitchen equipment sitting atop a newly poured polished concrete floor, perfect for a new chef that is starting or growing a food business or a more experienced one hosting an intimate pop up event.

Created by Union 3Sixty5™, which operates 3 Food Trucks in the DC Metro area, Chefscape™, like many innovations, was conceived after it's founders encountered a problem finding a space to rent for their Food Truck depot outside of DC proper. Realizing that others in their community must be facing the same frustration and noting the growth of all types of food entrepreneurial ventures, including innovative, gourmet food manufacturing, catering, personal chef services and food truck operations outside of DC, they set out to build a space that they themselves would want to use for their own operations and that could also provide a fully permitted commercial kitchen for other food companies.

Outfitting the Chefscape™ kitchen will be an array of commercial kitchen equipment, including walk-in and stand-alone freezers and refrigerators, multiple prepping, cooking and baking stations. The entire facility offers 24/7 access and monitoring, as well as onsite parking for 6 Food Trucks or Catering Vans, another sorely needed resource for fellow food truckers!

In addition to the commercial shared kitchen, Chefscape™ will offer its clients flexible memberships, hourly rental options and a wide selection of business support services designed to help them start and grow their food business and navigate the certification and regulatory landscape.
