By: Campbell & Company The American Institute of CPAs created The Women to Watch awards to honor and recognize outstanding women in the professions of accounting and are awarded in two categories: Established Leaders and Emerging Leaders. Established Leaders, to be eligible, should have made significant contributions in authorship, made major contributions to the profession, participated in community service, mentored other professionals, and/or made improvement in the workplace. Nominees have to have shown strong leadership in at least two of these areas. Campbell & Company has been in business 23 years and is a full-service CPA and financial services firm. Campbell, herself, is a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Financial Plannerâ„¢, and a Personal Finance Specialist. Campbell is also one of the founding directors of My Career Closet and serves on the Board of Directors for the Community Foundation of Tampa Bay/Hernando County. She also serves on the Board of Directors of the Enrichment Center of Hernando County. She is a member of the Hernando County Business and Professional Women.
