APMAX™ Voice and IPTV Application Server Surpasses 800 Units

MITCHELL, S.D. - March 10, 2016 - PRLog -- Innovative Systems reached another milestone with the sale of its 800th multi-purpose APMAX IMS Application Server.

Currently deployed on all major TDM, wireless and softswitch types, the APMAX provides the telecommunications market with the only system that delivers enhanced voice and multiple IPTV video solutions on a single hardware platform.

The 800th APMAX was purchased by Western Iowa Telecom (http://www.wiatel.com/) in Lawton Iowa. WiaTel's General Manager Heath Mallory cites integration of services on a single platform as a big advantage. Mallory says, "Our company is preparing to transition from Cable to IPTV and the APMAX IPTV Middleware is the predominant solution here in Iowa and my peers are very satisfied with it so we felt that this was the right move." One other compelling reason for purchasing an APMAX according to Mallory is the tight integration the platform has with their eLation™ billing solution.   Mallory added, "The ability to have our IPTV Middleware flow through to our billing system will make it much more efficient for our staff to quickly assist customers from one interface and we are excited about that prospect."
