ROI Corporation Completes Sale of Woburn business, Industrial Piping & Certified Welding Co., Inc

WOBURN, Mass. - March 8, 2016 - PRLog -- ROI Corporation, a leading business brokerage firm based in Weymouth, MA, and Marietta GA, today announced the completion of the sale of the Woburn-based firm, Industrial Piping & Certified Welding Co., Inc. to engineering expert Viggo Lundhild, of Sutton, MA.

ROI Corporation president Gary Rayberg oversaw the transaction between Industrial Piping & Certified Welding owner Peter Fein and new owner Viggo Lundhild. Denis Mezheritskiy of ROI worked with Gary Rayberg in partnership on the transaction.

The company, founded in 1993 and which has 35 full-time employees, is a provider of mechanical systems serving Eastern Massachusetts, Southern New Hampshire, and Rhode Island. The company specializes in HVAC, process piping, power piping and sanitary piping for the food and beverage industry.

The company has managed thousands of projects in Boston, New York City, Cleveland and Montreal including such well-known projects as the Prudential Building, Boston; Seagrams Building, NYC; Socony Mobile Building, NYC; Chase Manhattan Bank, NYC; Cleveland Illuminating Building, Cleveland, OH; Place de Ville Marie, Montreal, QC, Canada.

Former owner Peter Fein will remain with the company under its new ownership, along with his son Peter Fein Jr., and daughter Elke.
