NEW YORK - March 8, 2016 - PRLog -- Business Intelligence Associates (http://www.biaprotect.com/), Inc. (BIA (http://www.biaprotect.com/)), a leader in eDiscovery software (http://www.biaprotect.com/our-product.html) and services (http://biaprotect.com/services.html), announced details for its March webinar.

“Our webinar this month will feature guest presenter Brett Tarr, Esq., Counsel, Litigation and eDiscovery for Caesars Entertainment.   Brett will talk to our attendees about how corporations can use the analytics of their law departments in order to evaluate efficiencies,” said Robin Thompson, VP of Marketing and the creator and producer of the Knowledge Leadership Series webinars.  “In the last 30 years or so, we have watched more corporations adopt what was originally referred to as a "DuPont model," which was the term used to describe the corporation bringing the process of managing its litigation and discovery in-house, modeling the process after the original DuPont legal initiatives to cut costs and improve efficiencies of managing legal matters.  It makes sense this year as we focus on education benefitting the corporate legal department to have a program such as this so that we can better learn how to use analytics to measure the success of these in-house efforts,” added Thompson.
